Warranty

Falcon Shelving offers a three year replacement warranty for manufacturing or material defects in any of its products.

This warranty does not cover fair wear and tear.

For any warranty issues, please send images of the problem along with a description to service@falconshelving.com.au.

Our warranty covers the cost of replacement and does not extend to any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or to any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

 

Returns

Damage on Arrival

If goods are damaged on their arrival, please contact our customer service team within 5 working days of receipt on P: 1300 519931

Please also send images of the problem along with a description to service@falconshelving.com.au.

We will assess your claim and, if valid, either arrange a replacement or a refund within 5 working days.

 

Refund or Exchange

If you change your mind or have ordered an incorrect size or model, then we offer a full refund or exchange on unused items in new condition.

Please contact customer service on P: 1300519931 and return your items to the warehouse to receive a full refund or exchange your items for other products in our range.

We are happy to organise transport and deduct the cost from your refund or exchange, if that is more convenient.
