Pickup and Delivery

Ready Time

Once an order has been finalised, the items will usually be available for pickup or delivery the next day or 2 days later, depending how late in the day the order is received and how busy the warehouse is.

If you have an urgent need, then give us a call and we will do what we can to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.

Pickup

We have pickup locations in Sydney and Melbourne. They are:

Pickup Locations Pickup Hours
Eastern Creek NSW 2766 9:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays)
Dandenong South Vic 3175 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays)

We will send you full pickup details as soon as we receive a ready time from the warehouse.

Please note that the pickup locations are specialist, third party warehouse companies, who store our products and get orders ready for pickup and delivery. We do not have a retail store, showroom or office at any of these locations, so we're not able to accommodate sales on a walk-in basis.

Please also note that the warehouse companies charge a small fee for each pickup, as per the table below.

Weight of Order Pickup Fee Approx No. Units
0-165Kg $3.90 up to 2 units
166-330Kg $6.90 3-5 units
331-500Kg  $9.90 6-8 units
501-700Kg $13.90 8-10 units

If you cannot pickup the order immediately or have a preferred day that best suits to make the pickup, then just let us know and we will hold your order until you are ready.

Delivery

Sydney and Melbourne Metro Area Deliveries

We provide deliveries in the Sydney and Melbourne metro areas on a standard fixed rate basis, as shown in the table below.

Standard freight rates in Sydney & Melbourne metro areas
0-150KG $56.90 Up to 2 units
151-350KG $64.90 3 to 5 units
351-700KG $149 6 to 10 units

If you are ordering more than 10 units, let us know and we will provide a freight quotation.

Country and Interstate Deliveries

We arrange country and interstate deliveries on an individual quotation basis. Once we calculate the dimensions and weight of an order, we canvas a range of freight companies to find the best combination of delivery time and cost.

Palletising an Order

We generally recommend that country and interstate orders are palletised to provide protection for the goods on the longer haul trucks. In addition, most carriers require bundles over 25-30Kg to be palletised. There is nominal fee of $19.90 for each pallet.

Palletisation adds a complication to the delivery process, in that the freight companies generally require a forklift or pallet jack to be available at the receiving end. We can deliver to an alternate address or to a neighbouring business if they are happy to receive the order on your behalf. If this is not possible, we can usually deliver the order to a nearby freight depot, which will hold the goods for a couple of days until a pickuip can be made.

Another potential option is to book a tailgate lift truck for the delivery. However, there are only a limited number of these and in our experience the lead time and extra cost involved are generally problematic.

Receiving a Delivery

Ideally there is someone available to receive the delivery and assist with unloading. We can arrange the delivery for a specific day if that works better for you. If it is not possible for someone to be available to receive the delivery, then you can give us an "authority to leave" plus directions as to where the order should be left.

Please note that the freight companies charge additional fees for extended wait times and for re-deliveries.
