About These Terms And Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Falcon Shelving (a trading name of Strategic Nexus Pty Ltd ACN 109 148 496
As Trustee For Strategic Nexus Trust ABN 13 990 345 757
of PO Box 3303, St Pauls NSW 2031 Australia, and "you" means you the customer. Our online web site is www.falconshelving.com.au from here on known as “the website”.

These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.


Australian Sales Only

We only sell and ship Products within Australia. We are not able to make deliveries outside of Australia.


Legal Capacity To Transact

If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you can not place orders with Falcon Shelving.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years.

Should Falcon Shelving suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Falcon Shelving reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Falcon Shelving.


Payment Methods And Processing

Falcon Shelving currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer (DBT).

Pay on the spot is not available.

Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information required to fulfill the order.

Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Public holidays.

We process credit card payments after you click the "Submit My Order" button.

Where you pay by Direct Bank Transfer you must pay the price payable in Australian dollars as indicated on your Order Confirmation within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation.

If a DBT payment is not received within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation, Falcon Shelving reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

For credit card and DBT payments we will email a tax invoice to you after your payment of all costs, including purchase cost, freight, duty, GST etc., has been confirmed.

Please Note:

  • We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia.
  • You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.


    All Falcon Shelving products throughout the website are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.



    Falcon Shelving always seeks to list its products at competitive prices. The prices on the checkout page consist of two components - the price of the product price and the freight cost. If the quantity of your order is 10 units or less and the delivery address is in Sydney/Melbourne metro area, then the freight calculator on the website will calculate the freight cost automatically. Otherwise you will be reminded to contact us for the freight quotation.

    Falcon Shelving reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at www.falconshelving.com.au at any time.


    Supply Of Your Products

    Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation.

    When your Order items have been dispatched, we will email/sms you to confirm the shipment of each item.


    Pickup/ Delivery Of Your Products

    Metro Pickups and Deliveries

    All purchased items will be dispatched/ picked up from our Eastern Creek (NSW 2766) or Dandenong South (VIC 3175) warehouses depending on your location and the stock that is held there. Orders are usually available for pickup or delivery the next day or +2 days after an order is confirmed.

    If you need your order more quickly, then contact us and we will see what we can do to expedite the preparation of your order. Please note, additional "express" charges may apply.

    Please note that delays are to be expected during Christmas and New Year period.(From 1 December to Mid January)


    Delivery to Non-Metro Areas and Cities Other Than Sydney and Melbourne

    You can either use Falcon Shelving's contracted carrier or your own carrier for deliveries outside the Sydney and Melbourne metro areas. When you choose to use your own carrier, 2 working days notice needs to be given and the consignment note/ shipping labels need to be provided at least 1 working day prior to pickup.

    Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. Normally a signature is required for receiving your order unless authorization is received to leave the items to the location nominated without signature. Please note with an "authority to leave", Falcon Shelving takes no responsibility for loss or damage to the items left on site.


    Order fulfillment and return/ refund policy

    Order fulfillment

    We aim to process all orders with 2 days of receiving a payment. We will inform you within two business days if stock is not available.


    Return/Refund Policy

    Falcon Shelving reserves the right make refunds, credit or replacements at its discretion, if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order.


    Damaged On Arrival Products

    All orders are checked for damage before they leave the warehouse.

    If goods have arrived with damage and you have used your own carrier, then you will need to contact your carrier to claim the damage.


    If the products were delivered by Falcon Shelving's contracted carrier, then Falcon Shelving will be responsible for the damage. Please send clear digital pictures of the damages/defects to service@falconshelving.com.au. Digital pictures will help us assess damage and will also help when making a claim on our transport partner. After damages are confirmed to be caused during transportation, Falcon Shelving will either arrange replacement or a refund within 5 working days.


    Product Problems After Delivery

    If you find a defect arises more than 5 working days of delivery, then please send clear digital pictures to service@falconshelving.com.au for assessment of a claim under the products warranty. Falcon Shelving will assess the issues and contact you within 3 working days. If it's manufacturing defect, then Falcon Shelving will either arrange a replacement or a refund within 5 working days.

    All Products for return must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the Product.


    Organising the Return of DOA Products

    DOA Products must be returned whenever we agree to replace the Product or provide you with a refund.

    Our customer Service team will email you with instruction for return. You will need to follow the instruction for return so that we can make arrangements with our courier service for collection of the Product. We will notify you when they will collect the Product from you.


    Our Liability

    We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

    Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.


    Your Data - Use And Protection

    All the credit card payment are processed via a 3rd party secure payment gateway. No credit card information will be kept at our end.

    By placing your Order, you agree that we may store, process and use any data collected from your Order Form for the purposes of processing your Order. By placing your Order you also agree that we may use such data, other than credit card details, in order to provide you with information from time to time on other Falcon Shelving Products that may be of interest to you. If you do not agree to our using such data in this way, then you should indicate your non-agreement on the appropriate section of your Order Form. You may obtain a copy of the data held by us concerning you on request in writing. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for processing such request. If any data held by us concerning you is incorrect, we will correct it on your written request.



    We welcome your comments regarding this web site. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively, "Comments") sent to Falcon Shelving shall be and remain the exclusive property of Falcon Shelving. Your submission of any such Comments shall constitute an assignment to Falcon Shelving of all rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Comments.

    Falcon Shelving will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, publish and distribute any material you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. For this reason, we ask you not to send us any comments that you do not wish to assign to us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code or original artwork.


    Credit Card Fraud

    Falcon Shelving employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with its customers.

    Falcon Shelving will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.



    You shall not assign any rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions whether in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Falcon Shelving. Any unauthorized assignment shall be deemed null and void.

    If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected thereby.

    Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 ("Act"), where implied conditions and warranties cannot be excluded, any liability by Falcon Shelving for breach of such conditions and warranties (other than a condition or warranty implied by section 69 of the Act) shall be limited, at the option Falcon Shelving, to the replacement of the Product(s) or the re-supply of the same Product(s); the payment of the cost of replacing the Product(s) or of acquiring equivalent Product(s).

    Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition.

    Falcon Shelving reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of sale at any time.

    No Falcon Shelving employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Terms and Conditions governing any sale.



    We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.


    Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies; Limitations on Quantity

    Whilst Falcon Shelving makes every reasonable effort to present accurate information on this web site, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

    Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please see our returns policy for details on how to obtain a refund.


    Force Majeure

    Falcon Shelving shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Falcon Shelving, and Falcon Shelving shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.


    Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
