Heavy Duty Longspan 600mm deep, 300Kg/L

Heavy duty, 600mm deep shelves (see image below) are part of the heavy duty longspan shelving range. They come in widths of 1.0m, 1.5m, 2.0m and 2.5m and heights of 2.0m, 2.4m and 2.7m and 1.5m.

The standard, 4 tier shelf unit can hold up to 300Kg per level (per shelf) and has a total unit capacity of 1,200Kg.

• Each rack includes 4 shelf levels as standard, but note you can easily order more shelves (extra levels) as needed

• Each metal shelving unit is made up of 1-2 blue uprights, 8 orange horizontal beams and 4-8 removable, white shelf panels

• Easy assembly and installation - the components simply slot into place. So no tools or bolts are required. The kit includes everything you need

• Durability - our 600 mm deep shelves are built from quality, powder coated steel that provides a strong, rust resistant finish to protect your shelving. Ensuring your investment will last

• The blue uprights of our 600mm deep shelving are pre-welded and come as one solid piece for extra strength. In addition, the removable shelf panels are reinforced underneath with supports. These 0.5mm thick shelf panels are designed for reliability and to resist warping

• The blue metal uprights have pre-drilled holes in the footplates. So you can fasten the units to the floor of your site for extra security and stability

• The shelves are easily adjustable up and down. So you can set them at any suitable height to accommodate various types of equipment. Adding extra shelves is also easy

• Connect a starter bay to one or more addon bays to create a continuous row of shelving. Such a modular structure makes it easy to maximise space utilisation

• Orders are delivered as bundles of components rather than supplied flat packed. This enables us to customise the set of components to suit any required configuration
