Tyre Racking Range
Commercial tyre retailers with warehouses, mechanical workshops and enthusiasts, who need to store tires in their garages use our tyre racking.
The racking is 0.6m deep and is designed in widths of 1.0m, 1.5m, 2.0m and 2.5m. In addition, it comes in heights of 2.0m, 2.4m and 2.7m. So whatever your needs we have you covered.
The 2m height is popular for garages. While the 2.7m height offers versatile storage solutions for commercial clients. The taller racks maximise the use of available space vertically, while still providing easy access for the manual handling of the tyres.
Our tyre racks come with 4 tiers or shelves as standard. However, you can order 2, 3 or 5+ as required.
Each 4 tier, tyre rack is designed and weight rated to 300Kg per tier. This translates to a total load of 1,200 Kg per bay of racking.
Our tyre racking system is modular. So you can buy one rack for a set of seasonal tyres. Alternatively, you can invest in enough tyre storage racks to scale up the inventory capacity of a commercial tyre warehouse. Contact our friendly staff to discuss your requirements.

Easy to Assemble
Our racking is easy to assemble without any tools, bolts or brackets. The orange beams simply slot into grooves on the outside of the blue uprights.
Easy to Configure
Depending on the number and model of tires you need to store, you can specify the number of tiers per bay of racking. You can also adjust each level up and down to store tyres having a range of different tyre sizes. So you can accommodate various sizes of passenger vehicle tyres and tyres for trucks.
Another great thing about Falcon Shelving's modular tyre racking system is that you can reconfigure your storage hardware as your needs change. It is also easy to disassemble your racking, when you need to move to a new location.
Purchase Extra Components as Needed
Falcon Shelving's tyre racking system is modular. So if your needs change we can supply you with solutions - whether it is a single beam or an entire extra row of racking to store more tyres.
Units Can be Fastened to the Floor
Each tyre storage rack can be free standing or fastened to the floor via the pre-drilled holes in the footplates for extra stability and safety.
Warranty
Falcon Shelving offers a three year replacement warranty for manufacturing or material defects in any of its products (excluding fair wear and tear).
